Introduction

This document provides a sound framework, for role‐players from the Academic Department (AD), Education Innovation (EI) and Student Computing Services (SCS – IT Laboratories) in delivery efficacy of on‐line assessments in QuestUP in the University's computer laboratories (CBT).

It outlines the various activities, roles and responsibilities of AD, EI and SCS to ensure that each party is aware of their involvement with respect to the use of the QuestUP system to deliver assessments in the ITS computer laboratories.

 

All parties are requested to strictly adhere to the procedures and timelines set out in this document, due to the limited physical and human capital resources available to support this academic activity.
