Use clickUP  as students prefer and prioritise communication sent from clickUP. The online learning system that UP uses is branded as clickUP.  It is in fact an implementation of Blackboard Learn. UP also uses Blackboard Mobile, which further enables students' access to their learning material across various devices. When you upload content for students in clickUP, it is also automatically available to them on their mobile devices via the Blackboard App.
