Just like you have to manage the space available on your cell phone, the university has to manage its storage space in clickUP.

As part of this management, we set  a 100MB limit to all files that are uploaded to clickUP. When you prepare your assignments, keep the final size limit in mind to make sure each individual file you upload to clickUP is smaller than 100MB.

Here are a few tips to get you started on reducing large files: 

• Reduce the size of an MSWord file
•  Reduce the size of an image or picture file
• Convert PPT to PDF
• Reduce PDF file size with Adobe’s free online PDF-compression tool
• Upload videos to YouTube, and provide the link to your lecturer in clickUP.
